Senior Product Designer April 2023-currently (10mo)

As a Product Designer for an emerging investment project, I work on all essential product flows: onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, etc. I also focus on elevating the UX/UI of the platform's trading terminal, making it accessible for individuals of all experience levels. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, and Marketing, I help streamline design workflows and recruit top talent. Over 4 months, I conducted >30 job interviews and hired UX designer and UX editor.

My tasks so far:

Conducted audit of components and set up a design system.
Revamped the product onboarding experience, incorporating a feature tour, and optimizing user survey and KYC process. Achieved a 3X increase in survey completions and a 4.5X boost in successful KYC completions—nearly tripling the conversion from survey to KYC.
Participated in discovery process: shaped our product’s vision and created new USPs like Educational center and Community features.
Modernized our design assets by migrating them from a single Figma file to a structured, organization-wide Figma account, complete with well-documented projects and flows. As the result, developers gained easier access to design assets and experienced faster usage of Figma, enhancing overall efficiency and collaboration.
